RutzLimo.com is a global limousine and chauffeur services company. It operates one reservation engine, eight defined vehicle classes and one service standard across 107 countries and 363 cities, fulfilling reservations with its own fleet in its home markets and with vetted affiliate operators from the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network everywhere else. It is part of a portfolio of travel and hospitality properties that includes the Limousine Association International and BookingWorldwide.net. This page explains who we are, how we work and what we promise.
What we do
We move people in chauffeured vehicles: to and from airports, cruise terminals and private-jet terminals; between offices, hotels and venues as a black car or executive car service; by the hour and by the day, week or month; in the luxury classes for principals; in Sprinters and coaches for groups; for weddings and events; and for organisations on a single account. The reservation engine on every page of this site is the same one our dispatchers use, and the fare it shows is the fare you pay.
The idea
International travellers have always been able to find a good car service in any one city. What they could not do was find the same service in every city - the same vehicle class, the same rules on waiting and meeting, the same fixed-fare pricing, the same discretion, the same invoice - without briefing a new operator each time and hoping. RutzLimo.com exists to be that same service everywhere. It is a simple idea and a difficult one to deliver, and the way we deliver it is the network: our own fleet where we have one, and affiliate operators elsewhere who are selected, specified, monitored and, when necessary, replaced against a single published standard.
How we work
One engine. Every reservation, in every city, is made on one reservation engine that holds the fare tables for 363 cities, the terminal and pickup-zone data for 346 airports, the procedures for 148 cruise terminals and 52 business-aviation fields, and the eight vehicle classes. The engine shows a fixed fare before you confirm, in the currency you choose, and it is the same engine whether you book on this page, by phone, by WhatsApp or through a corporate account.
One standard. The eight classes in the fleet guide are defined centrally: which vehicles, how many passengers and cases, what equipment. The pickup rules - flight tracking, waiting from touchdown, terminal-door pickup included, meet-and-greet as an add-on - are the same at every airport. The chauffeur standard - licensed for hire, commercially insured, background-checked, English-speaking, dressed and behaving to specification - is the same in every city. The terms are one document.
One network. In our home markets our own chauffeurs fulfil the reservation. Everywhere else it is fulfilled by an operator listed and reviewed on the LimousineWorldwide.Directory and vetted against the Limousine Association International's standards on licensing, insurance, vehicle inspection and conduct. The network page explains the vetting, the monitoring and the escalation in full, because a client is entitled to know how a company that claims 107 countries actually covers them.
One account. An individual books on the engine and builds a profile. An organisation opens a corporate account and gains traveller profiles, booking on behalf, cost centres, one monthly invoice, duty-of-care records and a named account manager. The global chauffeur service page describes what that account does across a multi-city itinerary.

What we promise
The five promises printed on every page are commitments, not slogans. Fixed fare: the number the engine shows is the number charged, changed only if you change the reservation, with the new total shown first. Flight-tracked: the pickup follows the airline's live arrival, and waiting is counted from touchdown. Met at the door: terminal-door, lobby or ramp pickup is included, and the meet-and-greet inside the hall is a clearly priced add-on rather than a surprise. Same standard everywhere: the chauffeur in Dubai is held to the same standard as the one in Toronto, and if a city cannot deliver a class we say so rather than substitute silently. 24/7, every time zone: dispatch is awake, can reach the chauffeur, and answers.
Where we are
RutzLimo.com is headquartered in Toronto, Canada, with dispatch operating around the clock across time zones, and serves the 107 countries grouped into the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific. The deepest coverage - own fleet or several vetted affiliates, every class, same-day lead times - is in the gateway cities international business moves through, listed on the global chauffeur service page.
The portfolio
RutzLimo.com belongs to a portfolio of travel and hospitality properties that work together. The LimousineWorldwide.Directory is the worldwide directory of limousine, black car and chauffeur operators and the source of our affiliate network. The Limousine Association International sets the standards those operators are vetted against. BookingWorldwide.net is the flights, hotels, resorts, activities, packages and car-rental engine behind our travel desk. HotelsWorldwide.Directory and VacationsWorldwide.Directory serve the hospitality and destination side. The network page explains the relationships.
Privacy, safety and responsibility
Reservation data is used to fulfil the journey and for nothing else; the privacy policy sets out what is held and for how long. Chauffeurs are bound to confidentiality. Vehicles are inspected to the jurisdiction's regime and the association's standard; chauffeurs are licensed and screened; working hours follow the rules of the country, and a long day is served by two chauffeurs where those rules require it. In most European gateways the executive sedan fleet is predominantly plug-in hybrid or electric, and corporate clients can request an emissions summary by class and city.
Working with us
Travellers book on the engine; assistants and travel managers open a corporate account; event organisers, wedding couples, flight departments and brokers talk to the desks through the contact page. Operators who meet the standard and would like to join the network apply through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory and the Limousine Association International; chauffeurs who would like to drive for the network apply to the operator in their city. Questions, comments and complaints reach a person on the contact page, by phone or by WhatsApp, at any hour.
A short history and the shape of the company today
RutzLimo.com began as a chauffeured car service for travellers moving between Canada and the world - Toronto's airports, the Niagara corridor, the cross-border routes to Buffalo and Detroit - and grew outward along the routes its clients flew: New York, London, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore. The lesson of that growth was that clients did not want a Toronto company with foreign partners; they wanted one company, and they wanted it to behave identically in Zurich and in Houston. The reservation engine, the eight classes and the network standard are the answer to that, and the company today is organised around them: dispatch operating around the clock, account managers for corporate clients, a wedding desk, an event desk, and a network team that selects, monitors and, where necessary, replaces affiliate operators against the published standard.
What we are not
We are not a ride-hail app; there is no surge, no cancellation by the driver and no unknown vehicle, and the chauffeur vs Uber Black guide sets out honestly where the app is the better choice. We are not a directory that hands your reservation to an unknown operator; the reservation is ours from confirmation to receipt, whoever drives it. We are not a broker that marks up local operators' rates; the fare on the engine is the fare, and corporate accounts are invoiced on it with volume terms below it. And we are not a company that will promise a vehicle a city cannot supply; dispatch says what is available and confirms the closest alternative before you commit.
Measuring ourselves
Every passenger is invited to rate the journey after the receipt, and every rating is read by dispatch. Operators on the network are reviewed on ratings, on-time performance, vehicle presentation and complaint handling; two substandard journeys in a city trigger a review. Corporate clients receive their programme's on-time and rating figures with the monthly report on request. Where we fall short, the terms set out the compensation, and the contact page reaches a person who can apply it.
Contacting us
For a reservation or a journey in progress, dispatch on the number on every page, by WhatsApp, or on the engine, at any hour. For an account, a wedding, an event, a flight department or a partnership, the desks through the contact page. For the press, the network or the portfolio, the same page, marked for the attention of the relevant desk. We answer.
The people behind the service
Dispatchers are the centre of the company: the people who review every luxury-class reservation before assignment, who watch the flights and the vessels and the tail numbers, who call the FBO, who read every rating and who answer the phone at 3 a.m. in whichever time zone it is 3 a.m. Account managers plan the corporate programmes and answer the assistants. The wedding and event desks build the single-page timelines. The network team selects and monitors the affiliate operators against the published standard. And the chauffeurs - our own and the network's - are the people the passenger actually meets, which is why the standard for them is the strictest of all.
Our standards, in one place
Vehicles: current-generation, the class booked or above, inspected to the jurisdiction's regime and the association's standard, detailed before every reservation. Chauffeurs: licensed for hire in the jurisdiction, commercially insured, background- and record-checked, English-speaking, dressed and behaving to specification, bound to confidentiality. Fares: fixed before confirmation, inclusive of tolls, airport and port fees and gratuity, changed only by the passenger's changes. Pickups: flight-, ship- and tail-number-tracked; waiting counted from actual arrival; terminal-door, lobby or ramp pickup included; meet-and-greet as a priced add-on. Support: 24 hours a day by engine, chat, WhatsApp and phone. The fleet guide, the network page and the terms hold the detail.
Reading further
The fleet guide describes the eight classes and how dispatch chooses between them. The network page explains the vetting behind the 80-country coverage. The destinations, airports and cruise ports pages list where the engine has pre-loaded data. The two guides - how much a chauffeur costs and chauffeur service versus Uber Black - answer the two questions every new client asks. And the FAQ collects the rest: payment, currencies, child seats, accessibility, changes and cancellations. If a question is not answered anywhere on the site, a person is at the end of the contact page, at any hour, and the answer will be added.
The name
RutzLimo.com is the company's name and its address, and the two are the same on purpose. There is no other trading name, no local brand in any city and no partner's badge on the confirmation; a reservation made on RutzLimo.com is fulfilled under RutzLimo.com's standard and RutzLimo.com's responsibility, wherever in the world the chauffeur opens the door.
That is also why the brand appears on this site exactly as the domain does, and why every confirmation, receipt and invoice carries it the same way.
