The RutzLimo.com reservation engine holds terminal, pickup-zone and access-fee data for 346 international airports - the international airports of every one of the 107 countries on the engine, from Toronto to Sydney, and the 25 largest United States hubs - so an airport transfer to any of them is booked instantly with a fixed fare. Every transfer is flight-tracked, with waiting counted from touchdown and terminal-door pickup included; the airport limo service page sets out the rules. Book an airport transfer.
What "pre-loaded" means
For each airport below the engine knows which terminal each airline uses, where the airport permits pre-arranged chauffeured cars to collect and drop, what access or forecourt fee applies, how long immigration and baggage typically take for the complimentary waiting allowance, and the drive time to the city at each hour. That is why a booking to any of them returns a fixed fare in seconds and why the chauffeur's meeting instruction is a specific door or zone. An airport not on the list is booked by entering it as an address; dispatch confirms the arrangements and the fare, usually within the hour. Private-aviation fields and FBOs are a separate product with ramp-side pickup, listed on the private jet and FBO transfers page.
The rules at every airport
Add the flight number and the pickup follows the airline's live arrival. Waiting is counted from the moment the aircraft lands, with a complimentary allowance - typically sixty minutes on international arrivals and thirty on domestic - shown on the confirmation. Terminal-door or car-service-zone pickup is included in every fare; the meet-and-greet inside the arrivals hall with a name board is a priced add-on. For departures the engine suggests a pickup time from the airport's recommended check-in window and the drive time at that hour. Child seats are fitted at no charge when they are on the reservation. The fleet guide explains which class fits which luggage; the cost guide gives the airport-transfer bands by region; and the chauffeur vs Uber Black guide compares the products at the airport specifically.
Airports and the rest of the itinerary
Most airport transfers are one leg of a longer plan: an hourly day in the city, a cruise terminal the next morning, a second country three days later on the global service. Book the legs together on one reservation and each carries its own flight number and terminal. The destinations page lists the cities the airports serve, and the travel desk is where the flights themselves are found.
