Destinations: 107 countries, 363 cities, one standard

How to read this page

Each country is listed with its capital city in bold, its principal gateway city and airport - the place most international arrivals into that country happen - every international airport where the engine holds pickup procedures, and the cities with fare tables. A listed city has the engine's fare tables, so a reservation there is instant; a country's other cities are booked by address and dispatch confirms the fare, usually within the hour in a gateway region and within a working day elsewhere. Capital cities are listed for every country because government, diplomatic and corporate travel concentrates there, even where the commercial gateway is elsewhere - Ottawa and Toronto, Canberra and Sydney, Brasilia and Sao Paulo, Bern and Zurich. The airports page lists the 346 international airports with terminal and pickup-zone data, the cruise ports page the 148 terminals, and the private jet and FBO page the 52 business-aviation fields.

The same service in every one of them

What is booked in Toronto is delivered in Tokyo: the eight vehicle classes with the same specification, the airport rules on flight tracking and waiting, the fixed fare with tolls and gratuity included, and a chauffeur licensed, insured and screened to the network's standard. The models within a class follow the local market - an E-Class in Munich, a Cadillac in Dallas, a Toyota Crown in Tokyo - and a few classes are thin in a few places, which dispatch says at booking rather than substituting silently. The global chauffeur service page explains how a multi-country itinerary is booked on one reservation and one invoice, and the cost guide gives the indicative fare bands by region.

Where coverage is deepest

The gateway cities international business moves through have our own fleet or several vetted affiliates, every class available and same-day lead times: New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, Houston, Washington, Boston, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Mexico City and Sao Paulo in the Americas; London, Paris, Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Geneva, Milan, Rome, Madrid, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Brussels, Vienna, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Dublin in Europe; Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Riyadh, Jeddah and Tel Aviv in the Middle East; Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul, Shanghai, Beijing, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai, New Delhi, Sydney and Melbourne in Asia-Pacific. Elsewhere a day's notice is wise, and dispatch will say so.
